We are working to build a coliving movement in Latin America, using community centered design and technology to transform forgotten buildings into thriving communities.

We are looking for new team members that are passionate about building inclusive cities and have the desire to join an entrepreneurial team that wants to revolutionize the rental market for folks across the region. Chief of Operations (COO)

Over the course of the next year we will be launching over 150 coliving units in Mexico City and we are looking for someone with exceptional operational skills and passion for innovation to lead the charge. In this role, you will lead Roomy operations, working hard to understand the real needs and desires of our communities and working with our creative team to evolve our community management best practices. You will play a key role in helping Roomy to prepare to move into new cities in the coming year.

Community Builder

In developing a new housing model whose mission is to empower our members and redefine communal living in cities, we are looking for a tremendously empathetic and creative community leader that can help Roomy create enriching and transformative community experiences. Your work will help us ensure member happiness and well-being, as you will work closely in Roomy homes to understand how our design and technology impacts the lives of our members.

Roomy House Leader

We are creating an entirely new kind of living experience in cities that puts our members and their needs and desires first! In the coming year we are opening several full scale Roomy Houses throughout the city, and we are searching for passionate community leaders that want to play a meaningful role in the daily lives of our members. As a Roomy House Leader, you are in charge of the on-site operations in our houses, working to welcome new members and support their journey as a Roomy resident. As part of your compensation, you will receive free all-inclusive rent, living closely with the community that you serve and helping the Roomy team to create an entirely new community living experience.
