Chief of Operations
Over the course of the next year we will be launching over 150 coliving units in Mexico City and we are looking for someone with exceptional operational skills and passion for innovation to lead the charge. In this role, you will lead Roomy operations, working hard to understand the real needs and desires of our communities and working with our creative team to evolve our community management best practices. You will play a key role in helping Roomy to prepare to move into new cities in the coming year.
Responsibilities will include:
Bring operational expertise and experience to the team, helping us to develop a replicable operational model for managing high volume communities
Support and inspire Roomy House Leaders in each building, helping them to develop best practices in order to improve the day to day user experience. You will be a critical link, drawing insights from the day to day operations of our buildings to help our team best evolve the design and community management practices
Lead the development of our contracting experience, working closely with the Roomy team and legal counsel to be able to provide our users with a flexible and empowering contracting experience
Help lead our supply-side strategy, innovating our approach to partnering with property owners and transforming properties. In this role you will work closely with diverse collaborators including developers, city officials, investors, builders, and our user experience team.
Ideally you have had operational experience in institutional rental housing or hospitality sectors developing and executing scalable management strategies that provide a fresh and empowering experience for the community you serve. You have a desire to work closely with the community of Roomy members, to learn from their day to day experience and working to make their experience even better. You have a passion for prop tech and are excited to support Roomy growth across the region. You should be comfortable thinking outside of the box and innovating within conservative industries.
