Community Builder
In developing a new housing model whose mission is to empower our members and redefine communal living in cities, we are looking for a tremendously empathetic and creative community leader that can help Roomy create enriching and transformative community experiences. Your work will help us ensure member happiness and well-being, as you will work closely in Roomy homes to understand how our design and technology impacts the lives of our members.
As a creative researcher, you will work closely in Roomy homes with members to understand their experience of Coliving and draw critical insights that will help the design and tech team advance our community management practices
Develop and monitor community and individual well-being metrics to help us understand the impact that we are generating
Guide experiments and track results over time
Lead creative problem solving sessions to enhance our design and community management practices
Bring the tools of psychology, sociology, lean experimentation into our product development process
Design and implement new programs and services for our members
You have a passion for working in communities and commitment to enhancing the community experience. You love interacting with folks and are a very good listener and observer. You may have experience in Human Centered Design, Sociology, and/or Psychology and are excited to work with a team of diverse talent outside your area of expertise. Important also is the ability to craft and execute creative user research.
