Roomy House Leader

We are creating an entirely new kind of living experience in cities that puts our members and their needs and desires first! In the coming year we are opening several full scale Roomy Houses throughout the city, and we are searching for passionate community leaders that want to play a meaningful role in the daily lives of our members. As a Roomy House Leader, you are in charge of the on-site operations in our homes, working to welcome new members and support their journey as a Roomy resident. As part of your compensation, you will receive free all-inclusive rent, living closely with the community that you serve and helping the Roomy team to create an entirely new community living experience. 

• Connect the Roomy core team with the day to day operations. You are embedded within a Roomy community, and exhibit a vested interest in the well-being and happiness of our members

• Organizing community events

• Manage the Roomy Ambassadors. Roomy Ambassadors are specially nominated members that represent their floor

• Welcome new members and help them settle into their new home

• Manage in-house operations and make sure that the home is running smoothly and effectively 

• Field work orders

• Work closely with the Chief of Operations and the Roomy team, to help improve the daily experience

• Be a kind and familiar presence for house members, the face of Roomy in our homes

There is no one kind of ideal person for this role. Rather, there are important qualities we look for in potential candidates. You are a good listener, you genuinely care about the well-being of others, and you are organized and can effectively manage small teams and execute self-assigned tasks. In this role, ideally you will be living in a Roomy house and as a part of your compensation you will receive rent free all-inclusive living accommodations.
